Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative departments. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, office operations, and policy compliance to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical).
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and time-off requests.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and training programs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and best practices.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee general office operations (supplies, equipment, maintenance).
- Handle correspondence, document filing, and archiving.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Support management in handling confidential documents.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
