The Human Resource Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the HR department and supports HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves supervising HR staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies.
- Oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Manage the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Support disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and compliance with company policy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide input into compensation structures and employee benefit programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, absenteeism).
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audits and legal compliance.
