Role Overview: We're seeking a proactive and organized HR & Talent Coordinator to manage candidate recruitment, employee onboarding, and basic performance tracking. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist candidates from job applications.
- Coordinate scheduling and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee performance tracking.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding employee attendance, performance issues, and HR-related matters.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee and management inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR assistance, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Excel, and basic HR tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet access for remote coordination tasks.
