Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and onboarding processes.
- Extensive experience in payroll processing, compensation structuring, and benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance, including DOLE and NLRC guidelines.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and documentation (e.g., Notice to Explain).
- Skilled in implementing performance management systems and identifying training and development needs across the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a strong capacity to collaborate with department heads and senior management.
- Highly resourceful and proactive, with the ability to manage both HR functions.
- Willing to work six (6) days a week.
