Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. (CPCI), a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc.(LHPI), is on the lookout for a highly capable Finance Director to lead and strengthen its finance and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statements & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets, while ensuring full adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Strategic Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and oversee financial plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal discipline.
- Audit and Tax Oversight: Ensure accurate tax filing and adherence to audit requirements, coordinating closely with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Financial Planning & Insights: Evaluate key financial metrics and deliver actionable insights to guide executive decisions and improve financial outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the key finance liaison across departments and with external partners to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Leadership & Team Development: Supervise the finance and accounting staff, fostering growth and efficiency across the team.
- SAP Implementation: Lead the rollout and optimization of SAP systems in collaboration with external consultants—covering configuration, reporting, data handling, and training.
Qualifications:
- Willing to report onsite in Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Exposure to the healthcare industry or experience from any of the Big Four auditing firms is a strong advantage.
- Strong grounding in financial regulations, accounting standards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in ERP systems, ideally SAP or QuickBooks.
- Proven ability to manage teams under pressure, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate complex business environments.
- Must possess exceptional analytical thinking, integrity, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is an advantage.
