QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Supply
Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in import/export or logistics.
- Experience in import and export operations, including familiarity with customs
procedures and regulations with a proven track record in maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with ability to analyze data and provide
insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, logistics software, and/or other relevant software
applications.
- Experience with handling international documentation, such as bills, commercial
invoices, and packing lists.
- Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Knowledgeable in EKONEK, INTERCOMMERCE, ABMS, CPRS, GTSB, VASP
PAYMENT ETC, HS code, and BOC Portal.
- Know how to process IP, AEDS, and other BOC Documents.
- Submit PEZA monthly liquidation report.
- Process shipment and delivery of documents to PEZA.
- Process and prepare import/export documents (Bill of lading, import permit, invoice, packing list, and other necessary permits)
- Process and application and renewal of zero VAT certificate
- Coordinate with the broker for the release of import goods.
- Coordinate compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and in and out of items
- Checking of computation of duties and taxes
- All local and import transactions and processing of 8110, 8105, and 81
- Coordinate and process bonds of BOC for each Port.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment: Studies production orders to ascertain product type and quantity, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
- Inspects products before packaging and returns rejected products to production
departments.
