We’re looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our team in Manila. You will be responsible for guiding our retail customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they get the most out of our retail product. Through training, expert guidance, and best practices, you will play a key role in maximizing customer retention and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Success in this role means becoming a product expert, proactively tracking merchant progress, and establishing effective follow-up processes to support their journey. The ideal candidate has excellent time management and organizational skills, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Train and guide a dedicated group of retail customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and implement our platform
- Collaborate with retailers to understand their needs and set up efficient workflows, providing best practice guidance
- Ensure accurate setup of product and customer data for each customer
- Stay informed about product updates and retail industry best practices
- Identify opportunities for retailers to upgrade payments, integrate third-party add-ons, and enhance their plans
- Document feedback for the Product, Sales, and Operations teams to help improve the onboarding experience
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Previous experience in customer success or onboarding roles
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Some technical knowledge of the retail industry and retail commerce tools
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
