We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Import Documentation Staff to support our import operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and managing shipping documents, ensuring compliance with import regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with international and local regulations.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments in a timely manner to resolve importation issues.
- Verify shipping documents and assist in resolving documentation issues or discrepancies.
- Track shipments and update relevant departments on arrival dates and document status.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for import records.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections with proper documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Customs or related field.
- Preferably have experience in import documentation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and shipments.
- Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
