Job description:
1. Ensuring all import documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations, areaccurate and complete request revision with the Supplier if needed.
2. Process all International shipments and relevant technical and commercial documents includingrecord keeping.
3. Ensuring that all imports comply with local laws and regulations, including customs duties andtariffs.
4. Communicating with suppliers and shipping companies to track shipments and resolve any issuesthat arise.
5. Assessing risks associated with imports, including potential delays, penalties, or compliance issues.
6. Comply with the process relevant permits with other government agencies such as BPI and FDA, etc. depends on the importing products
7. Maintaining accurate records of all import transactions for audit purposes.
8. Working with customs officials and other regulatory bodies to facilitate the import process.
9. Analyzing and controlling import costs to ensure that budgets are met and identifying opportunitiesfor cost savings.(Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customsbrokers to optimize costs and services.)
10. Addressing and resolving any import-related issues that may arise, such as discrepancies inshipments or customs inspections.
11. Coordinate with brokers for the handling, computation of duties and taxes, processing with Bureauof Customs, and delivery of imported commodities.
12. Monitor shipment’s status including the up-to-date tracking.
13. Manage the delivery of imported goods.
14. Receive, check, prepare, and request for payment of the billings from Customs Broker once ensurethat the imported goods are completely delivered to the correct warehouse location.
15. Assist inventory team in doing the daily task.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
