- Conducts Material Handling and Lifting Equipment Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance
- Conducts inspection, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance to 47 Electric-type Material Handling Equipment (Jungheinrich - Counterbalance, Reach Truck, VNAs, etc.)
- Conducts routine daily inspection to ensure equipment are working properly and safely
- Conducts PMS with at least 2 equipment maintained per day on a Monthly interval
- Conducts CM and repair to ensure defective equipment are working properly and safely
- Conducts inspection, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance to 40 Manual Lifting Equipment (Jungheinrich, Toyota, Generic - Jack Pallets)
- Conducts routine daily inspection to ensure equipment are working properly and safely
- Conducts PMS with at least 2 equipment maintained per day on a Monthly interval
- Conducts CM and repair to ensure defective equipment are working properly and safely
- Conducts inspection, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance to 11 Lifting and Moving Equipment (Haulotte, Manitou, SkyJack - Scissor Lifts, Cherry Pickers, etc.)
- Conducts routine daily inspection to ensure equipment are working properly and safely
- Conducts PMS with at least 1 equipment maintained per day on a Quarterly interval
- Conducts CM and repair to ensure defective equipment are working properly and safely
- Support in Corrective Maintenance of 41 Electric-type Material Handling Equipment (Toyota - Counterbalance, Reach Truck etc.)
- Diagnose and repair issues related to motors, controllers, sensors, and hydraulic system
- Repair or replace faulty components like solenoids, relays, fuses, and contactors
- Address mechanical issues related to steering, braking, and lifting system
- Conduct testing of repaired equipment to ensure repair is completed correctly
- Basic repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of Factory Material Handling and Lifting Equipment, and other Warehouse-related Electromechanical Equipment including but not limited to: Forklifts, Clamp lifts, Tow Trucks, Ride-on Stackers, VNAs, Electric Jack Lifts, Manual Jack Lifts, Battery Pullers, Scissor Lifts, Man Lifts, Cherry Pickers, Telescopic Loading Conveyors, Charging Equipment, Batteries, Wrapping Machines, Weighing Scales, Cleaning Equipment, Electric Strappers, and Pressure Washers.
- Conducts Battery and Electrical System Inspection and Maintenance
- Monitor usage and charge of forklift batteries as needed
- Check battery health, fluid level, and electrical connections (voltage and specific gravity)
- Inspect and clean battery terminals to prevent corrosion
- Diagnose and repair faults in wirings, controllers, fuses, and electrical system
- Conduct checks and inspection and report any major non-compliance or defects
- Ensures Forklifts are EHS compliant
- Ensures forklifts adhere to updated GSC Forklift Standards
- Conduct safety checks and inspection and report any major non-compliance or defects
- Perform MHE refurbishment – painting activity every year-end
- Perform Record Keeping and Data Management
- Perform PM/CM and Battery Inspection Checklists and submit reports on time
- Maintains actual records of PMS, CM/Repairs, and Battery Inspections
- Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electric, diesel, and LPG-powered material handling equipment electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong understanding of material moving and lifting equipment (scissor lifts, man lifts, cherry pickers) electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience in handling electric, diesel, and LPG-powered material handling, moving, and lifting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid NC II Certificate (pick and return MHE to and from area of operations)
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (go to and from Main Factory to External Warehouses)
