Objectives:
- To improve Line efficiency and performance by implementing CDM maintenance strategy to all equipment and facilities within his responsibilities.
- To help improve operation thru involvement in innovation and renovation initiatives.
- To work in hand in hand with production crew and respond accordingly to immediate needs during operation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performs routine check-up of all running machines, i.e., belts, bolts, vibration, oil, grease.
- Performs preventive maintenance works such conditioned based & preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment and facilities.
- Perform breakdown maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Checks accuracy of all mechanical weighing scales and calibrates accordingly if there are weight deviation.
- Perform assigned CDM checklist.
- Assists other departments on any maintenance, repair and installation jobs.
- Maintains cleanliness in his work area.
- Works in accordance with accepted safety practices and standards established by the company.
- Reports unsafe conditions and practices to the Supervisor by making suggestions or removal of accident hazards.
- Supports Safety Programs/ Promotions/ Projects as promulgated by Safety Officer and/or Safety Committee.
