Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy Influencer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging scripts for social content across different platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to turn ideas into compelling stories that connect with audiences and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the CMO, ensuring Marketing priorities, projects, and goals are aligned and executed.
Streamline processes within the marketing team, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
Oversee marketing operations, tracking KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
Provide hands-on support in project management, team alignment, and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or related roles within a startup environment.
Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning priorities and driving execution.
Strong background in streamlining processes and building scalable workflows for marketing teams.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
Solid understanding of marketing operations, including KPI tracking, budget management, and performance analysis.
Skilled in preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of keeping complex initiatives on track.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with a proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
