QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or allied course
- 1-2 years experience as IT Staff
- preferably 1-2 years Hospital exposure
- computer literate and proficient in all MS App

- Establish and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Develop incident response plans and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
- Manage project teams and monitor project progress and milestones.
- Ensure effective IT support services for employees.
- Address and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and report on departmental performance.
- Provide regular updates on IT projects and initiatives.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
