As an IT Specialist, your job in the Information Technology industry is to provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, POS, CCTV, Installation, and software to help organizations meet their technology needs. You'll be responsible for assessing the needs of your clients, evaluating and recommending software and hardware solutions, installing and configuring systems and networks, and troubleshooting problems as they arise. Additionally, you will help develop and maintain internal and external documentation, creating user manuals and training materials to assist users with technical issues. To become an IT Specialist, you'll need excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of current technologies, trends, and best practices.
