Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Internal Audit Head to lead the organization’s internal audit function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in audit leadership, risk management, and internal controls, with the ability to drive operational improvements and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA, CIA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- In-depth knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, regulatory standards, and internal control systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the organization’s annual audit plan in alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards
- Oversee the execution of audits, ensuring compliance with auditing best practices and internal procedures
- Evaluate and enhance internal control systems, risk mitigation strategies, and operational efficiency
- Deliver clear and actionable audit findings and recommendations to management and the Audit Committee
- Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
