Rua Seguridad is looking for an International Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand the company's international presence and drive revenue growth in assigned overseas markets. This role manages key relationships with global partners, ensures alignment with internal teams, and monitors market trends to maintain competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to grow export sales in assigned international territories
- Identify target markets and opportunities in line with company growth objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and sales agents
- Negotiate pricing structures, payment terms, and contracts with overseas partners
- Achieve export sales targets and regularly track performance against KPIs
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, periodic performance reports, and market analysis
- Monitor international market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in Construction or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to develop global markets and manage international accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with export regulations, trade documentation, and international logistics
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
