This dual-role position combines inventory analysis with safety compliance responsibilities. The Inventory Analyst (Jr.) is responsible for tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing VAS layouts, and coordinating with third-party manpower. As a Safety Officer, the role ensures compliance with workplace safety regulations and oversees internal trucking operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage VAS layouts, optimizing space and workflow for bundling and stickering activities.
- Design efficient layouts for VAS operations to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Ensure that workstations are organized to minimize errors and delays in stickering and bundling tasks.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in VAS operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to adapt layouts based on inventory volume and demand.
2. Supervise and coordinate third-party manpower assigned for VAS (stickering and building) tasks.
- Assign tasks and oversee the performance of third-party manpower to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods to ensure correct stickering and bundling.
- Ensure third-party manpower follows safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor work schedules and adjust manpower allocation based on workload.
3. Perform Safety Officer duties, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Provide training to employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Maintain safety records and incident reports, addressing any workplace safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with government-mandated safety regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor and track internal trucking operations, ensuring timely and accurate logistics movements.
- Maintain a schedule for internal trucking movements, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track vehicle movements and ensure trucks are properly loaded for efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers and logistics teams to address delays or issues.
- Maintain records of fuel usage, mileage, and trucking expenses for cost management.
5. Process Requests for Payment (RFPs) related to internal trucking and related services.
- Verify and submit payment requests for fuel, trucking services, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure supporting documents, such as delivery receipts and fuel invoices, are attached to RFPs.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely processing of payments.
6. Support inventory tracking and reconciliation activities to maintain operational efficiency (Warehouse and Safety Supplies)
- Conduct periodic stock reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports for audit purposes.
- Assist in analyzing inventory trends to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
