The Inventory and Warehouse Officer or Spare Officer supports the service business team regarding spares related activities, such as material availability check, material requisition processing, material reservation and stock transfer.
Responsibilities and key activities
- Accountable for processing all outgoing goods activities
- Accountable to perform the Physical inventory on an annual basis
- Responsible for creating and extending new materials to local offerings
- Log and monitor material related cases (warranty claims, quality claims, field letters, etc.)
- Responsible to closely coordinate with our logistics team for processing of delivery
- Responsible for all spare parts of any installed KONE equipment (Min.1200 SKUs)
Performance measures
- Feedback from Technicians, Supervisors and Frontline Proximity Stock Coordinator
- Customer Satisfaction on Spare parts Availability (Net Promoter Index)
- Variance between system inventory count vs actual physical count. Maximum of 24 working hours for GI & GR.
- 24 working hrs on SIS Creation upon receipt of complete request
- Delivery Lead Time
