As an Inventory Clerk & Asset Protection Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of company inventory while ensuring the security and safekeeping of all assets. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity to effectively monitor stock levels, prevent losses, and support daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that company resources are well-managed, properly safeguarded, and readily available to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor storage areas to ensure proper safekeeping of company assets.
- Implement asset protection measures to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
- Coordinate with different departments for timely distribution and replenishment of supplies.
- Prepare and submit inventory and asset reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control and asset protection.
- Assist in audits and inspections as required.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock.
- With strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle company assets with confidentiality.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- With good communication and reporting skills.
- Preferably with experience in inventory management, logistics, or asset protection (but not required).
