Job Summary
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the accuracy of the inventory movement records in the system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Computer Application
- 1 year of work experience in clerical work like data entry and inventory is an advantage
- Open for fresh graduates
- Willing to undergo training at WM Capas. Will be assigned permanently at WM Mabalacat once it becomes operational.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely receiving of all the incoming delivery in the system
- Accounts the store to store transfer
- Accounts the completeness of pending and release Return to Vendor (RTV) document
- Checks accurate documentation of RTV releases and bad order (BO) disposal
- Safekeep and secure back end stamps
- Ensure timely submission of documents and reports
