Job Description:
The Inventory Control and Systems Analyst is responsible for managing inventory items and the daily inventory operations of an organization, i.e., Available Inventory Accuracy.
The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings, generating reports on inventory levels and including stock transfer transactions, performing reconciliation of variances, and assisting in the performance of other inventory processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Major Task is the daily inventory cycle counting/reconciliation method. Ensuring the amount of physical inventory matches inventory records (Actual versus System).
- Ensures that all physical and system movements are authorized and documented and reconciles actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.
- Monitor and ensure that all transactions in the system are properly processed on time such as receiving incoming deliveries, and stock transfers, monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; and processing QA (Quality Assurance Department) transactions.
- Accountable and responsible for the accuracy of inventory records on both physical and system inventory and providing updated system information.
- Assist Inventory & Systems Supervisor in report preparation. Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Reports inventory on a daily basis and performs timely, efficient, and accurate inventory adjustments.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
- Stock Transfer Order Processing (CEBU, DAVAO, CDO, EComm Depot)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Skills
- With analytical and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office and ready now for MS PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
- Commercial awareness to interpret and implement data on consumer trends and spending.
2. Knowledge
- SAP ECC 6 or other ERP System
- WMS (Warehouse Management System)
3. Experience/Education
- Preferably Industrial Engineering or Accounting major.
- Warehouse Management Systems & Material Master
- With experience using SAP ECC 6 or other ERP systems
- At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in Inventory.
4. Attitude/Behavior
- With a passion for growth
- Keen to details.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
