About the Role:
The Inventory Counter is responsible for physically counting inventory across various warehouse and retail store locations to ensure stock accuracy. This role focuses strictly on performing counts and documenting results. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Accurately record item quantities in count sheets
- Communicate any immediate issues (e.g., damaged goods, misplaced items) to the Inventory Supervisor.
- Provide feedback on how to improve inventory management in the different locations to heighten inventory accuracy
- Assist in annual or ad-hoc physical inventory events as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related environment preferred.
- Prior experience with cycle counting or physical inventory is highly desirable.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
- Comfortable in using handheld scanners, tablets, or inventory management systems (training provided).
- With basic MS Excel/Google sheet skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically capable of prolonged standing, walking, and frequent movement during inventory activities.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Must know how to drive and with own motorcycle, with valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
