Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials (e.g., meat, wrappers, ingredients) and finished goods.
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records in spreadsheets or inventory systems.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies and potential losses.
- Participate in internal inventory audits and help implement controls to reduce wastage or pilferage.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to align supply with demand.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in food production or FMCG.
- Strong skills in Excel or inventory software; experience with audit documentation is a plus.
- High attention to detail, especially in counting, recording, and verifying stocks.
- Keen on preparing clear and accurate inventory reports.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and process-oriented.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
