Key Responsibilities:1. ISO System Implementation & Maintenance

Implement and maintain ISO standards applicable to the organization.
Develop and update ISO-related documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms).
Coordinate with department heads to integrate ISO processes into operational workflows.

2. Internal Auditing

Plan and conduct regular internal ISO audits across departments.
Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement; issue audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate external ISO audits and certification processes.

3. Compliance Monitoring

Monitor compliance with ISO standards, legal regulations, and internal policies.
Analyze performance data and metrics to ensure conformity to standards.
Report on system performance to management through regular dashboards and management review meetings.

4. Training & Awareness

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on ISO standards and procedures.
Promote awareness of ISO requirements and a quality/environmental/security culture across the organization.

5. Documentation Control

Maintain document control systems to ensure all ISO documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and properly archived.
Ensure version control, approval, and distribution processes are adhered to.

6. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for improvement based on audit findings, performance indicators, and feedback.
Lead or support Kaizen, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action initiatives (CAPA).
Assist departments in process improvement and risk assessment exercises.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.)
Excellent understanding of quality management systems (QMS), EMS, or ISMS as applicable.
Auditing skills – internal or lead auditor certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
