QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science/IT or Equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory or at least have a basic knowledge in Unix Operation, Database/SQL, Java and/or C#.
- Knowledgeable in PC Repair/Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software)
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or visit as needed.
- Team Player and Self-motivated
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
