Responsibilities :
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives via SAFe agile methodology
- Understand business requirements
- Obtain understanding of business system functionalities to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
- Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
- Provide training to business key-user/super-user
- Configuration of system solution
- Create functional specifications
- Maintain configuration/solution documentation
- Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
- ERP system and business application decommissioning
- Deactivate configuration
- Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge in SAP Vistex
- Appropriate level of Supply Chain / Finance / Services / Sales and Marketing business knowledge to effectively understand and support processes
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
- Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
- Personal Credibility
- Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
- Good project management skills
- Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications
- Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
- Uses appropriate confidentiality
- Able to disseminate information appropriately
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
- At least two years experience in Supply Chain / Finance / Services / within or outside of Lexmark
