Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic IT Facilitator who is passionate about technology, education, and people. This role involves nationwide travel, conducting product trainings, and providing technical support to clients and school partners. You will represent CK’s products and solutions with confidence and clarity, ensuring our clients are empowered to use our platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations on CK’s systems and technology (e.g., Essentiel, LMS, robotics kits)
- Travel to partner schools and institutions across the Philippines to conduct onsite support and deployment
- Communicate and coordinate with clients professionally and clearly
- Learn and understand CK’s full suite of IT products to confidently present and troubleshoot
- Provide post-training support to ensure successful product usage
- Assist in feedback collection to improve future training and development
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to relay client needs and suggestions
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to travel nationwide on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to understand, explain, and promote IT products
- Confident in speaking to groups and conducting hands-on training
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing tools and technologies
- Experience in sales or education tech is an advantage
