Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Windows and macOS desktops to ensure smooth operation and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including system crashes and app errors.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support onsite and remotely to resolve technical problems quickly.
- Install and manage desktop software, productivity tools, and business apps.
- Set up and support local/network printers and resolve related issues.
- Configure and support secure VPN access for remote users.
- Manage Microsoft 365: user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and app support.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security tools, including antivirus updates.
- Administer Active Directory: user setup, group policies, and access control.
- Document processes and solutions for internal reference.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years in IT support, with experience in both Windows and macOS.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and printer support.
- Familiar with endpoint protection, patching, and backups.
- Basic server and firewall knowledge is a plus.
- Able to work night shifts independently and handle urgent issues.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Committed to excellent service with a proactive approach.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month
