Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1yr proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in implementing ticketing or helpdesk systems.
- Familiarity with Service Management Ticketing or Helpdesk systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including goals, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful implementation of the System.
- Project Execution: Manage all aspects of the project, including coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with SMEs from General Admin, Legal, FNA, IT, HR, PMO to gather requirements, identify system customization needs, and define user roles and permissions within the ticketing system.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to promote user adoption, training, and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure projectsuccess. Regularly monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and user guides. Provide regular updates to the PMO Head and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system functionalities, and improve overall user experience within the ticketing system.
