This is 6 Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months (It depends if the client will offer 6 Months ).* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.
Note: Salary will be CONVERTED into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Specific Position: Response Team Member (ITSM Analyst)
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Willing to work in any of the following locations: Mandaluyong - 2-3x onsite/week (HYBRID)
- Willing to work on a Dayshift schedule: 6:00AM - 4:00PM PHST
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in ITSM:
- • Incident Management – Must Have
- Problem Management with RCA – Must Have
- SLA and KPI Monitoring – Must Have
- Service Documentation and Knowledge Management – Must Have
• Stakeholder Communication – Must Have
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ICD, Remedy) – Must Have
- Willingness to learn technical tools (Mainframe, Ctrl-M, Plutora, AWS) – Must Have
- Experience in writing service communications and advisories – Good to Have
- Service Operations and Process Management – Good to Have
- Agile Methodology (practical or theoretical) – Good to Have
• ITIL v4 Certification – Nice to Have
• Experience in Financial Services – Nice to Have
Preferred Tools & Technologies:
- ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, IBM Control Desk (ICD)
- JIRA, Confluence
- Ctrl-M, Plutora
- AWS (basic exposure)
