Responsibilities:
- Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, or over the phone
- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
Qualifications:
- Completed 1st year in College
- At least 18 months BPO experience with 12 months of experience in a Service Desk', IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support role - Under BPO or IT Shared Services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication
