Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Staff to provide technical support, maintain company systems, and assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist in maintaining servers, data backups, and IT security systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and servicing.
- Support IT projects and system upgrades as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge in PC troubleshooting, network setup, and basic server administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in IT support is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
