Qualification:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Computer Technology, or Information Technology.
- With 1-3 years working experience in the same position.
Skills Required
- Experience with network cabling, Microsoft environments, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage inventory, documentation, and IT procedures.
- Can use editing applications like Photoshop and Canva.
- Preferably has background on CCTV operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure workstations, peripherals, networks, and related IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and software issues.
- Maintain network security and system privacy.
- Ensure all purchased IT equipment meets company standards.
- Document technical issues, inventory, and updates.
- Assist in daily IT operations including storage backup and technical support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, system updates, and month-end reporting.
- Operates and monitor CCTV in professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with standards while preserving the rights of individual.
- Maintains written records of the screened activities, in case of suspicious, illegal or immoral activities.
- Carry out regular equipment check and timely CCTV maintenance to ensure all defects of faults will be immediately reported or repaired.
- Performs other duties and task that may be assigned from time to time to support company and team objectives.
