Job Description:
As an IT System Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and integrate various systems to streamline data management and enhance overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with different departments, including: HR, CSR and Sales, Visa, Booking, Customer Service, Finance, Research and Development, IT, Facilities, Training, and Administration, to ensure seamless integration of their respective systems with our chosen platforms, such as Google Workspace and Odoo. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an integrated IT infrastructure that supports our business processes and objectives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Systems Integration:
- Design and implement an integrated IT infrastructure that connects various systems used by different departments
Google Workspace Setup:
- Configure and manage Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for the organization, including email, document management, collaboration tools, and security settings.
Data Management:
- Establish data management protocols, including data storage, backup, and security measures. Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as data privacy laws.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on using integrated systems effectively. Create user manuals, documentation, and conduct workshops to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
Network and Server Management:
- Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. Ensure network stability, security, and optimal performance.
Device Issuance and Accountability:
- Manage the issuance and tracking of devices, such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, to employees. Maintain an accurate inventory of devices, track their allocation, and ensure proper return and accountability.
Shipment Management:
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of IT equipment and devices to various locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery. Collaborate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to streamline the shipment process.
User Support:
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose problems, guide users through problem-solving steps, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams if needed.
Incident and Problem Management:
- Manage and resolve IT incidents and problems related to network connectivity, server performance, and user access. Monitor system logs, analyze trends, and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
