- Provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, printers, scanners and local applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 7 to 11) and legacy platforms (e.g., MS_DOS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure that the company’s computer software and hardware remain functional and accessible for all employees
-Set up and maintain user accounts, shared drives, and system credentials,
· Provide support and basic maintenance for PLDT landline connections (internal phone systems, wiring checks, modem/router sync, PLDT coordination).
- Coordinate with external service providers when issues exceed in-house capabilities (e.g., PLDT, software vendors)
- Handle network tasks including basic LAN/WiFi setup, IP configuration, router/switch
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, user issues, and system configurations.
What we need:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or related field,
- Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and internet methods,
- Basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, DHCP, LAN cabling),
- Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 7-11), MS Access, and basic batch scripting.
