DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises technicians to ensure that customers’ needs are met and vehicles are fixed right the first time
- Coaches and trains technicians
- Plans and manages inventory, supplies, and equipment, and oversees safety
- Prepares a daily productivity and efficiency report
- Monitors flow of work in the service department in terms of workshop loading and progress
- Test drives vehicles and conducts quality checks on repairs
- Coordinates with other dealership departments, vendors etc. to ensure effectiveness of service process
- Communicates technical concerns to customer
- Team orientation and customer focused attitude
- Ability to follow set process
- Good time management skills
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess valid ( at least ) Non-Professional driver's license
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- With relevant work experience in Automotive Industry.
- With TESDA NC II in Automotive Servicing.
- Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
