Job Summary:
We are seeking a Job Controller with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive or service industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring workshop activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance jobs in the workshop.
- Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Allocate workloads to technicians based on skill and job priority.
- Maintain accurate job records and update system logs.
- Liaise with service advisors, parts department, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation of job orders and compliance with company standards.
- Report on job delays, productivity, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in quality control and ensure all jobs meet service standards before vehicle release.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Job Controller, Service Advisor, or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in job tracking software or service management tools is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in General Santos City.
- Can start immediately.
