JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices, bills, vouchers, checks, S.O.A and official receipt, substantiating business transactions.
- Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements.
- Prepare and email monthly billing statements and all necessary documents.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology
- With experience being an Accounting Staff/ Accounting Clerk is an advantage.
- Hardworking, precise and can work with less supervision
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Team player
- Computer Literate
