Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
Responsibilities:
- Help with organizing and updating client financial records into the accounting system
- Assist in entering basic transactions such as invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Support in tracking daily or weekly cash balances as needed
- Assist in preparing checks and monitoring outgoing payments
- Help with payroll calculations and preparing government contributions
- Provide support in bank statement reviews and simple reconciliations
- Assist in gathering documents for monthly tax filing
- Help with general accounting and admin tasks such as filing, encoding, or preparing basic reports
