- Prepare or serve hot and cold beverages including snacks to the customers.
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service
- Verbally receives and call back customer orders in a friendly manner.
- Responds proactively to prevent customer compliant
- Maintains efficient, friendly service.
- Run errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Vocational/ Bachelor 's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
- Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude
- With good English and verbal written skills
- Well- organized and detail- oriented
- Willing to be assigned at Solenad 2 or Solenad 3 and SM Sta Rosa
