Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages following Tealive's recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of each drink.
- Handle equipment and ingredients safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately, offering recommendations based on preferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and rotation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Work cohesively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: At least high school graduate; college level or graduate is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in tea or coffee preparation, is advantageous but not required.
