We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper who wants to learn and grow in a professional, supportive team.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and profit & loss reports
- Keep financial records organized and up to date
- Perform basic reconciliations and review data for accuracy
- Support the UK team with regular bookkeeping tasks
- Suggest improvements to workflows and adapt to new tools and client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with Bookkeeping experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the UK accounting industry (required)
- Experienced with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software (required)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer systems
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
