To assist/engage with clients.1. Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Corporate Business Department2. Prepares documents necessary during account’s renewal
3. Handles inquiries and/or complaints from client
4. Facilitates product orientation in the absence of Orientation Specialist
5. Conducts account visits to clients/companies
6. Ensure on time release of documents through constant monitoring
7. Coordinates with concerned departments for respective concerns of the client.
8. Keep an updated and organized centralized files.
