Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff member responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions. This role involves updating the company's cash position, handling check requests and preparations, and ensuring timely payments to BIR and other government agencies. The successful candidate will generate weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, encode collections into the system, and perform regular bank and account reconciliations. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the finance department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Will be responsible in the end-to-end accounting tasks
- Will be responsible to update cash position
- Responsible for check request payment, check preparation and preparation for BIR and government payments
- Will generate weekly AR report
- Encoding of the collection to the system
- Will do bank/account reconciliation
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Accountancy
Experience:
- Preferably with at least 1-year of work experience related to the position
Skills & Compentencies:
- Must be highly organized, keen on details, and highly analytical
- Must have advanced skills in MS Office and Google Sheets
- Applicants must be amenable to work in Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
