Junior Functional Consultant (SAP)

Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration and testing of SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HCM, PP, or others based on business needs).
• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Work under the guidance of senior consultants to support project activities, including workshops, documentation, UAT, and go-live support.
• Document business processes, SOPs, training materials, and system configuration.
• Help identify and troubleshoot functional issues in SAP and collaborate with the support team to resolve them.
• Perform basic data validation, reporting, and testing tasks during rollouts or system enhancements.
• Participate in internal user training sessions and provide basic SAP support.
• Maintain proper change control and ensure system integrity throughout updates and enhancements.
• Perform or lead client presentations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with SAP in a functional role (internship, support, or project involvement).
• Understanding of one or more SAP modules such as FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), or HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with business processes related to supply chain, finance, or HR is a plus.
• Willing to be trained for ERPNext.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledgeable with ERPNext modules.
• SAP training or certification in any functional module.
• Experience in ERP project life cycle (blueprinting, testing, deployment, and support).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori or S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of integration points between SAP modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
