Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our Philippines team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on eCommerce-related roles such as Email Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Technical (Shopify/WordPress/Developers), SEO, and Content Writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for eCommerce and digital marketing roles
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the hiring pipeline
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, and role relevance
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with the senior HR team and department heads to understand hiring requirements
Support onboarding process and documentation for selected candidates
Handle interview rescheduling, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups
Key Skills:
Familiarity with eCommerce roles: email marketing, performance marketing, social media ads (Meta, Google), SEO, Shopify, WordPress, content, Technical roles as well
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
Hands-on experience with job boards
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, for eCommerce companies
Interest or prior exposure to tech-based hiring is a plus

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
