Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship & Support: Guide and mentor new or less experienced teachers to help them grow and succeed.
Training & Development: Facilitate and participate in ongoing teacher training programs to ensure high teaching standards.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalated student concerns related to class delivery professionally and efficiently.
Team Oversight: Train and audit teaching team performance to maintain consistent quality.
Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Teaching Commitment: Conduct classes during peak time slots to support overall team operations.
