Junior Legal Officer
The Junior Legal Officer shall provide legal support to the Association. He/she will assist in handling various legal tasks including the preparation and review of contracts, legal correspondence, and legal opinions under the guidance and supervision of the senior lawyer/s and the head of Legal Department. He/she will represent the Association before the courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor
Passed the Philippine Bar Examination
Must have a minimum of three (3) years in the practice of law with at least two (2) years of litigation experience
Specializing in corporate law, commercial law, litigation, and labor law
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Skills and Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Philippines laws, including banking laws
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Can work independently and collaboratively
