Job Summary:
The Junior Multimedia Artist (HR Department) will be responsible for creating high-quality visual materials to support HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, internal communications, and corporate branding. While part of the HR team, this role will also assist in managing HR events and promoting job vacancies on social media. This position is ideal for a creative professional passionate about graphic design, animation, and video editing who wants to apply their skills in a people-focused, organizational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce HR collaterals such as training materials, employee handbooks, onboarding kits, recognition boards, and event posters.
- Create static graphics, motion graphics, and videos for internal HR campaigns, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Edit and enhance multimedia content including photos, videos, and audio for HR and corporate communication purposes.
- Collaborate with HR officers, trainers, and management to conceptualize and execute visual content that supports HR programs.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding while maintaining creativity and innovation.
- Provide multimedia support during HR-led events, seminars, and celebrations.
- Assist in the management and coordination of HR events, including design, logistics support, and event coverage.
- Handle uploading of job vacancies and HR-related announcements on social media platforms, ensuring attractive and professional presentation.
- Manage multiple creative tasks and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Apply feedback from HR supervisors and managers to improve content quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D animation or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt designs based on constructive feedback.
- Preferably residing in Bacoor, Cavite, and willing to work on-site.
Skills:
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows.
- Ability to remain focused and adaptable during tight deadlines or project changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
