We are looking for Junior Sales Representative to be assigned in Camarines Sur/ Camarines Norte only. The successful candidates will ensure effective product visibility, availability, and display in retail stores. Must be able to drive a manual transmission (MT) 4-wheel vehicle and will also be responsible for store and area mapping to support territory expansion and optimize route efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to replenish stocks, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and key stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels, shelf presence, and competitor activity.
- Conduct store/area mapping to identify new retail locations and strategic expansion points.
- Drive a manual transmission (MT) 4-wheel vehicle safely and efficiently within the assigned area.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets, including promotional materials and vehicles.
- Accurately report daily activities, inventory levels, and store coverage.
- Support in-store promotions and merchandising campaigns as needed.
- Follow all safety and driving regulations, as well as company operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/Undergraduate in College/College Level.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or related field.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be skilled in driving a manual transmission 4-wheel vehicle.
- Familiarity with routes and locations within Camarines Sur/Camarines Norte.
- Physically fit and capable of handling loading/unloading merchandise.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
